IME 4-7 is a programme of continuing education and training for clergy in the first four years of ministry. It is organised in two parts: events that take place in the Archdeaconries and those which take place on a Diocesan basis.
The main continuing education and training for curates, of course, takes place in the work they do in their first parish and a part of the IME 4-7 programme exists to support that.
