Our Lady's Row The houses in Our Ladies Row are the oldest buildings in the city and among the oldest in England. Built in 1316 in the churchyard of Holy Trinity, they were intended to endow a chantry of the blessed Virgin Mary. Amazingly, these houses have remained in more or less original condition for nearly 700 years.
